Terms & Conditions — 1phb Platform User Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the 1phb platform (the "Platform"), including but not limited to the website located at https://1phb.cam and any associated mobile-optimized interfaces, you ("User," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions (the "Terms"), as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and refrain from creating an account. Continued use of the Platform following any modification to these Terms constitutes acceptance of those modifications.

The Platform is operated by 1phb ("we," "us," "our," or the "Company"), an online gaming service provider targeting users within the Republic of the Philippines. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and 1phb.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age to register for an account on 1phb. This age requirement is consistent with the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) guidelines governing participation in real-money online gaming within the Philippines. By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement.

2.2 Geographic Restrictions

The Platform is intended exclusively for users physically located within the Republic of the Philippines at the time of account registration and gameplay. You may not access or use the Platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with all applicable local, regional, and national laws.

2.3 Account Registration

To access certain features of the Platform, including real-money gameplay, deposits, and withdrawals, you must create an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested during the registration process. Required information includes, but is not limited to:

• Full legal name as it appears on government-issued identification;
• Valid email address or Philippine mobile number;

You may not register multiple accounts. Each individual user is permitted one (1) account only. Creating duplicate or fraudulent accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

Before processing your first withdrawal, and periodically thereafter at our discretion, 1phb reserves the right to require identity verification in accordance with Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) standards. You agree to provide, upon request, valid government-issued identification such as a Philippine passport, driver's license, UMID, or PhilSys ID, as well as proof of address and any other documentation we deem necessary to verify your identity and comply with applicable regulations.

Failure to provide requested documentation within the specified timeframe may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges, account restrictions, or account closure.

3. Account Responsibilities

3.1 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify 1phb immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. 1phb will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not you authorized such activities. We strongly encourage you to enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) where available to enhance your account security.

3.2 Accurate Information

You agree to keep your account information accurate, current, and complete at all times. You must update your account information promptly if any changes occur, including changes to your email address, mobile number, or residential address. Inaccurate or outdated information may result in delays in processing withdrawals or account verification.

3.3 Prohibition Against Account Sharing

Your 1phb account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or shared with any other individual. Allowing another person to access your account or using another person's account is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

4.1 Deposits

All deposits made to your 1phb account are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP). We accept deposits through various payment methods including, but not limited to, GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), bank transfers via InstaPay and PesoNet, over-the-counter payments through authorized retail partners, and other methods as may be made available from time to time.

The minimum deposit amount is One Hundred Philippine Pesos (₱100.00). There is no maximum deposit limit unless otherwise specified or restricted by your chosen payment method or by limits you have set as part of our responsible gaming tools.

Deposits are typically processed instantly. However, in certain cases involving bank transfers or over-the-counter payments, processing times may vary depending on the payment provider. 1phb is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.

4.2 Withdrawals

You may request a withdrawal of your available account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must be fully verified (KYC completed);
• Any applicable wagering requirements associated with bonuses or promotions must be satisfied;
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Two Hundred Philippine Pesos (₱200.00);
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method. E-wallet withdrawals (GCash, Maya) are typically processed within 30 minutes to 2 hours during business hours. Bank transfers may take 1-3 business days depending on the recipient bank. 1phb reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks before approving large or unusual withdrawal requests.

4.3 Fees

1phb does not charge fees for deposits or withdrawals. However, third-party payment providers may impose their own transaction fees, which are beyond our control and for which we are not responsible. You are responsible for any fees charged by your bank, e-wallet provider, or other financial institution.

4.4 Bonus Funds & Wagering Requirements

Funds received as part of bonuses, promotions, or free spins may be subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The specific terms of each promotion, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates, will be clearly stated in the promotion's terms and conditions. It is your responsibility to read and understand these terms before participating in any promotional offer.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

1phb may offer various bonuses and promotions from time to time, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, reload bonuses, cashback offers, and tournament prizes. Each promotion is governed by its own specific terms and conditions in addition to these general Terms.

Participation in any promotion is voluntary. By opting into a promotion, you agree to be bound by the specific terms and conditions of that promotion. 1phb reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

Bonus abuse, including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim the same bonus multiple times, collusion with other players, irregular betting patterns designed to circumvent wagering requirements, or any other form of fraudulent activity, is strictly prohibited. 1phb reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and close accounts found to be engaged in bonus abuse.

5.3 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become withdrawable. Wagering requirements specify the number of times you must wager the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount) before withdrawal is permitted. The wagering contribution varies by game type. Typically, slots contribute 100%, while table games and live casino games may contribute at a lower percentage or not at all. Specific contribution rates will be stated in the promotion terms.

6. Gameplay Rules & Fair Gaming

6.1 Game Integrity

All games offered on the 1phb Platform are provided by licensed third-party game providers and operate using certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) to ensure fair and unbiased outcomes. 1phb does not and cannot manipulate game outcomes. Each spin, deal, or draw is independent and random.

Return to Player (RTP) percentages for each game are determined by the game provider and are publicly available. RTP percentages represent the theoretical return over an extended period of gameplay and do not guarantee individual session results.

6.2 Game Rules

You agree to abide by the specific rules and paytable information for each game you play. Game rules are accessible within each game interface. In the event of a dispute regarding game rules or outcomes, the decision of 1phb, in consultation with the game provider if necessary, shall be final and binding.

6.3 Malfunctions & Errors

In the event of a game malfunction, software error, or incorrect game outcome due to technical failure, 1phb reserves the right to void the affected game round and refund all stakes. If a malfunction causes a game to display an incorrect outcome or payout, the malfunction voids all affected gameplay and payouts. 1phb's liability in such cases is limited to the refund of stakes placed on the affected game round.

6.4 Disconnections

In the event of a disconnection during gameplay, any pending game rounds will be completed automatically according to the game provider's rules. Results and any winnings will be credited to your account once the game round is completed. You may view the outcome of disconnected game rounds in your account's game history.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 1phb Platform. Engaging in any of these activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension or termination, forfeiture of funds, and potential legal action:

• Underage gambling: Attempting to register or play while under the age of 21;
• Multiple accounts: Creating more than one account per individual;
• Fraudulent activity: Using stolen credit cards, fraudulent payment methods, or providing false identity information;
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage, particularly in poker or other player-vs-player games;
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting bonuses or promotions through fraudulent means or in violation of promotion terms;
• Software exploitation: Using bots, scripts, automation tools, or any other software to gain an unfair advantage;
• Money laundering: Using the Platform to launder money or engage in any other illegal financial activity;
• Hacking or unauthorized access: Attempting to access other users' accounts or the Platform's backend systems without a uthorization;
• Chargebacks: Filing fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes after receiving gaming services;
• Prohibited jurisdiction access: Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is illegal.

8. Account Suspension & Termination

8.1 Termination by You

You may close your 1phb account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Before closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with our standard withdrawal procedures. Bonus funds that have not yet met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

8.2 Termination by 1phb

1phb reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time and without prior notice if:

• You are found to have breached any provision of these Terms;
• We have reasonable grounds to believe that you have engaged in fraudulent, illegal, or abusive activity;
• You fail to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe;

In the event of account termination for breach of these Terms, 1phb reserves the right to withhold any funds held in your account pending investigation. If fraud or criminal activity is confirmed, the entirety of your account balance may be forfeited, and the matter may be referred to relevant law enforcement authorities.

8.3 Effect of Termination

Upon account termination, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform. Any rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately expire. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including sections on limitation of liability, dispute resolution, and prohibited activities — shall continue in full force and effect following termination.

9. Limitation of Liability

9.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

The 1phb Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranty of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 1phb expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranties arising out of course of dealing or usage of trade.

We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content or information available on the Platform.

9.2 Limitation of Damages

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 1phb and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.

In any event, 1phb's total liability to you for any and all claims arising out of or related to your use of the Platform shall not exceed the greater of: (a) the total amount deposited by you to your account in the ninety (90) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or (b) One Thousand Philippine Pesos (₱1,000.00).

9.3 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 1phb and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or the rights of any third party.

10. Privacy & Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform and providing your personal information, you consent to the collection and processing of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Dispute Resolution

11.1 Internal Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint or dispute regarding any aspect of your 1phb account or a specific game outcome, you must first attempt to resolve the matter by contacting our customer support team via live chat. Please provide full details of your complaint, including your account username, the date and time of the disputed event, the game name or transaction ID, and a clear description of the issue. Our support team will acknowledge your complaint and work towards a resolution.

11.2 Escalation

11.3 Governing Law

You hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines in connection with any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform.

1phb reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable prior notice through the Platform, by email to your registered address, or by any other means we deem appropriate. Minor changes such as grammatical corrections, clarifications, or changes required by law may take effect immediately without specific notice.

The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects when these Terms were most recently revised. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
